Direct Purchase

• 30% of purchase price shall be paid upon signing of sales agreement and allocation of site with a completed substructure.

• 30% of purchase price upon commencement of roof construction.

• 20% of purchase price after completion of 75% of the works.

• Final 20% of purchase price upon completion prior to handover.

Mortgages

Down payment and the rest of the payment by a mortgage company. The percentage for the down payment will be determined by the mortgage company.
